Here are two working drafts of “Rompin’ Stompin’ Blues,” a song Naomi co-wrote with Don Schlitz (best known for penning “The Gambler”). The first version is a draft showing handwritten edits, Naomi’s markups, and her note at the bottom: “Kentucky Sweetheart Music.” The second version incorporates those changes into a more polished form.
Naomi told the audience at the 2021 Song Suffragettes Summit "I wrote a song, 'Rompin' Stompin' Bad News Blues,' and [Wynonna] acted it out. I peed my pants I laughed so hard."
